If you are moving your website to another server, you can take the information unique to your practice (about us, team information, etc). The content of the Health Library, Blog and Newsletters is copyrighted and you are NOT allow to reproduce this information on your site.
Your email accounts, if they are set up via our server will STOP working. It is solely your responsibility to transfer/copy/migrate and setup your email accounts on whatever system you wish.
If you wish to export your the emails addresses of those who have subscribed to your newsletter, email us requesting those emails.
Any additional domains (URLs) that you do not transfer to another register will not be renewed.
When you website is shut down on the selected date, ALL INFORMATION, EMAILS and CONTENT will be purged from our system. There is NO option to recover the information once its purged.
IF YOU HAVE NOT TRANSFERRED THE NECESSARY INFORMATION BY THE DATE CHOSEN TO CANCEL YOUR WEBSITE, YOU WILL LOSE THAT DATA PERMANENTLY.
